We know you have many choices when choosing a foot & ankle specialist in the Dallas Fort Worth area, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our web site. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges will be incurred for no-shows (failure to give prior notice) and for repetitive cancellations (occuring less than 24 hours) before scheduled appointment time.

Elite Foot & Ankle accepts Medicare and a variety of private insurance HMO's, PPO's, and other health plans. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier. We will also obtain information on benefits from your insurance carrier.
