The initial visit to Elite Foot & Ankle will allow new patients to establish a rapport with Dr. Kellvan J Cheng. This will lay down the vital foundation of the patient-doctor relationship. During this visit, important background and medical history information will also be obtained.

New patients may also be able to save some time during the intial visit to Elite Foot & Ankle by printing out and completing the New Patient forms in advance of the appointment.
